Instructions:
Cleaning vegetables:
Wash the beets well under running water. Peel them and cut them into julienne or thin slices. Do the same with the onion.
Marinade:
In a large bowl, place the chopped beets and onions. Add the salt and vinegar. Mix well to coat the vegetables and let sit for at least 30 minutes. This process also helps improve the digestibility of the raw onions.
Final seasoning:
