If you feel increasingly weak, it could be a sign of a heart attack.
You feel out of breath, as if you were running a marathon with minimal effort. If you’re overweight, it may be time to lose those extra pounds that are literally taking your breath away. If you’re used to exercise and your BMI (body mass index) is within the normal range, take this symptom seriously, stay calm, and be extra vigilant for the next few hours. If shortness of breath develops into increasingly severe shortness of breath, consult a doctor immediately. This could be a false alarm, but prevention is better than cure.
6. Abnormal sweating:
Even if you never sweat excessively, you may wake up completely drenched in sweat from head to toe, and cold sweats can persist throughout the day. This is a sign that your heart is struggling to pump blood through clogged arteries. This requires more effort to achieve this goal, resulting in a rise in your body temperature. To stabilize it, your body sweats profusely.
Preventing heart attacks is very important. If the symptoms described above are identified and treated promptly, the risk of a heart attack is significantly reduced.
Do everything you can to maintain good cardiovascular health, such as exercise. It can make a big difference.
