250ml steel cut rolled oats
500ml almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 large apple, peeled and cut into pieces
250ml unsweetened

Combine almond milk, oats, maple syrup and cinnamon in a saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until almond milk is absorbed.
Add applesauce and continue cooking until liquid is completely absorbed, about 15 minutes.
Serve hot.

2 tablespoons almond butter
2 teaspoons honey (optional)
1 banana, thinly sliced
Instructions:

Mix the oat and almond milk in a saucepan and heat over low heat until the almond milk is absorbed.

Continue to cook until the mixture is slightly dry.
Serve in a bowl, drizzle with honey and garnish with the remaining banana slices.
